Through the use of hands-on activities (puppets and story board), students will “visit” a tropical rainforest. Participants will learn about the wonders of these vanishing habitats and familiarize themselves with the “Jungle in the Pantry” (i.e., common household products that originate from rainforests). This activity includesa showcase of rainforest product confiscations, and a meet and greet with a member of our animal teaching team.
