Summer Nature Camp

Not All Classrooms Have Four Walls

The Hobe Sound Nature Center Summer Camp is designed to foster meaningful connections between children and nature. Campers experience live wildlife presentations, nature crafts, indoor and outdoor games, shallow water wading and dip netting in the Indian River Lagoon, and so much more! Offered during the summer months, each week-long program is tailored to expose children to the wonders of South Florida’s rich, natural heritage, while learning how to nurture what’s native in our backyards.

We always welcome children of all abilities! To ensure every camper has the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that those who need extra support attend with an aide or caregiver. If you have any questions about accommodations, we’d love to discuss how we can make camp a great fit for your child!

The camp is open to children ages 6 to 10 and is held Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for 6 weeks. Cost is $150 per camper. Registration will open April 1st at 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
